At 16 I was 60kg. A year later I was 130kg. Both times I hated the mirror.

Skinny, shy, no confidence. So I found the gym and ate everything in sight, thinking more food meant more muscle. I ballooned to 130kg of the wrong weight and ended up right back where I started. No confidence, top staying on.

The problem was never effort. I always wanted it. I just had nobody showing me the way.
So I stopped guessing. Learned the actual craft, dieted down, got a coach, and followed the plan like a robot. Months later I was on stage at my first show, shredded, and placed 2nd.

Now I'm 21, prepping for 6 shows this year with 3 British title shots on the line.
I've been the skinny kid and the fat kid. I know the way out of both.
